The documents (especially the civil state, administrative documents and not only) and their translations that are to be acknowledged abroad must be endorsed with the Apostille, according to the Hague Convention from the 5th October, 1861, signed by more states, including Romania.
In a few words, the apostillation procedure consists in applying the Apostille on the original document at the Prefect’s Office, translating the document into the language of the destination country by an authorized translator, including the apostille, then legalizing the respective translation at a Notary Public’s Office and, in the end, attaching the Apostille on the legalized translation at the competent Court of Law (superlegalization).

The interpreter translates some phrases for the listener or for a group of persons, alternating with the speaker, acting as an intermediary between the speaker and the listener.
In simultaneous interpretation (SI), the interpreter renders the message in the target-language as quickly as he or she can formulate it from the source language, while the source-language speaker continuously speaks.
For translations at the Registrar’s Office, for matrimony conclusions or when signing Notary Public, a price per hour is settled, the tariff being charged for minimum one hour.
At business meetings, conferences, symposiums etc. the tariff is settled per day.
