According to the requirements of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the power of attorney is to be made observing the following steps:
- authorized translation into Turkish
- legalization of the translation by the Turkish Consulate

- Certified date given at the Notary Public
- Authorized translation into Turkish
- Notary Public legalization of the translation
- Attaching the apostille to the translation at the Chamber of Notaries Public
